My Reputation: A Mobile App for Assessing and Improving Online Reputation
I designed the journey from creating a personal or company profile and ordering an audit to reviewing the results, exploring recommendations, and choosing the next action.

FOCUS
From Assessment to Action
A Clear Entry Point into Reputation Management
The Reputation House web platform is designed for in-depth analytics. The mobile app had a different goal: help users quickly understand where they stand, identify key issues, and know what to do next.
My Reputation brings the audit, overall score, channel-level breakdown, recommendations, and services into one connected flow. Instead of navigating disconnected data, users move through a clear journey from assessment to improvement.
Lower the Barrier to Entry
Start with a focused audit without exposing users to the full analytics suite.
Surface Key Information
Show the overall score, channel performance, and identified issues.
Guide the Next Step
Connect audit results to a recommendation, educational resource, or relevant service.
2 profile types
Personal and corporate reputation
5 stages in the user journey

PRODUCT LOGIC
From an Overall Score to the Next Action
An overall score alone does not explain what shapes a reputation or how to improve it. The product reveals information progressively: users start with the big picture, then explore what drives it, and only then move to recommendations.
Create a Profile
Person or company
Start an Audit
Links, supporting materials, and payment
Review the Score

Understand the Drivers
Details, explanations, and educational content
Choose an Action
Recommendation or service
The audit is the start of the workflow. The app helps users interpret the result and move from an identified issue to a concrete action.
CHAPTER 01 · INTRODUCTION
Show the Value Before Asking for Input
Before signing up or entering any data, users need to understand what the app offers. The first three screens introduce its core value: assess the current reputation, understand what affects it, and start improving it.
After these three screens, users know what outcome to expect and why it is worth continuing.
CHAPTER 02 · STARTING AN AUDIT
Break Audit Setup into Clear Steps
Setting up an audit involves choosing a profile type, adding links and supporting materials, reviewing the service, and completing payment. I split these actions across several screens so each step presents only the relevant fields, cost, and next action.
CHAPTER 03 · RESULTS
Start with the Overall Score, Then Explore Each Channel
Audit results are organized in layers. Users first see an overall reputation score, then open individual channels to review their performance and understand what influenced the result.
This hierarchy keeps the first screen focused while making deeper details available when they are needed.
CHAPTER 04 · EXPLANATION
Explain the Result Through Real-World Context
Diagnosis alone is not enough. Users need to understand what shapes the score for each channel. Educational content connects audit findings to real situations, including search results, customer reviews, hiring, and professional presence.
These materials add context to the score and help users turn a broad result into specific improvements.
CHAPTER 05 · ACTION
Turn Recommendations into Action
The journey does not end with a list of identified issues. Users can choose a relevant service, place an order, track its status, and discuss the details within the same flow.
ISSUE
A weakness identified during the audit
RECOMMENDATION
A suggested way to improve the result
ORDER
Select and pay for a relevant service
DELIVERY AND FEEDBACK
Track progress and discuss the details
CHAPTER 06 · BUSINESS LOGIC
Multiple Paths After the First Audit
The first audit gives users a clear result and introduces the Reputation House approach. From there, they can choose an ongoing plan, order a standalone service, or move to the web platform for deeper analytics.

CHAPTER 07 · INTERFACE SYSTEM
Visual Hierarchy for Scores, Statuses, and Actions
The interface separates the current context from the key result and available actions. Neutral surfaces make dense information easier to scan. Green highlights positive progress and primary actions, while supporting colors distinguish different states.
Accent
Green highlights primary actions and positive change.
Contrast
Light and dark surfaces separate different levels of information.
Statuses
Color and text work together to communicate progress, success, or risk.
Cards
Related information is grouped into repeatable mobile modules.
Primary Indicator
Score, status, or progress.
Persistent Navigation
Home, orders, services, and profile.
RESULT
An End-to-End Mobile Journey from Audit to Action
I brought profile creation, audit ordering and payment, channel-level diagnostics, result explanations, recommendations, and services into a single mobile experience.
5 core stages
From creating a profile to choosing an action
2 profile types
Personal and corporate reputation
1 connected journey
Audit, explanation, recommendation, and service
WHAT I DESIGNED
A mobile entry point to the Reputation House ecosystem, connecting audits with diagnostics, educational content, recommendations, and paid services.
MY TAKEAWAY
The main challenge was not simply to present a score, but to explain what shaped it and guide users toward a meaningful next step. The journey therefore moves from a high-level result to its drivers and then to a concrete action.
Thanks for Viewing This Case Study
I design digital products that turn complex data and workflows into clear user experiences. If you need a designer who can make a complex system easier to understand and use, I would be happy to talk.
